2. Do you offer a bespoke service ?

Yes. Myrna does custom designs for clients who contact her and schedule an appointment to provide a personal consultation to create one-off pieces of jewellery that are beyond your expectations.

3. Is gift wrapping available ?

Yes. FREE GIFT WRAP ON ORDERS OVER 100,- €. Our wrapping consist of a sophisticated box which is handtied with an Italian ribbon. Please see the picture under each jewel. All our jewels are packed for overseas delivery.

4. What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

You can return your jewellery for refund, credit or exchange if it is not to your satisfaction. The return have to take place within 14 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, not damaged and in a good condition.

6. Are your creations on the picture actual size?

Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the internet.
Please read the meticulous measurements.

10. How do I CLEAN my precious jewelry ?

Drop all your silverware in a pot and cover it with water, add one tablespoon of baking soda and one piece of aluminium foil. Bring it to a boil for 10 minutes (longer if it's very tarnished), then remove using kitchen tongs.

If built up tarnish persists, make a thick paste with 1/4 cup baking soda and two tablespoons of water. Apply with a damp sponge, brush lightly with a hard toothbrush.

At the end, rinse and dry with a WARM HAIRDRYER for at least one minute on all sides so that no humidity is left between the fine embroidered wires.
